This Online Payments portal will be temporarily unavailable from 7 pm on May 29, 2026 until 8 am on June 1, 2026 due to a system upgrade. Invoice Payments
The following invoice types (up to $50,000) can be paid by credit card here:
- Building Sub-trade Permit
- Engineering Department Fee
- Planning Fee Invoice
While your payment will be processed immediately, additional processing may be required before issuance of a permit/licence. Partial payments are not permitted.
* A non-refundable 1.8% fee will be charged for credit card merchant fee recovery. Please see Bylaw Number: 13640 - Credit Card Merchant fee Recovery 2016.
