Pay Better at Home Invoice

Your Better at Home invoice can be paid:

  • By credit card online by completing the information fields below. All fields are required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted.
  • By credit card over the phone. Call 604-294-7347. Visa, MasterCard, American Express accepted.
  • By cheque. Make cheque payable to City of Burnaby and include your customer code and invoice number on your cheque. Mail or drop off to Revenue Services, 4949 Canada Way, Burnaby V5G 1M2.

Note: Payments made through this site are solely for clients of the Burnaby Better at Home program and people making payments on their behalf. Any non recognised payments will be returned to the sender. The City of Burnaby does not pay interest on overpayments, and is unable to retain these as credits on behalf of clients.

Paying Safely Online

There are ways to paying online safely which include making sure the website is secure by checking:

  • Padlock symbol – the website address should show a padlock in the address bar
  • Website address – this should start with https://. The S stands for secure
  • Valid certificate – clicking on the padlock symbol will provide information on the site certificate and will mention who has registered the site. If you get a warning, avoid the website.

Always be aware of the website being used and to ensure it is not a fake website. Be on the lookout for a strange looking website address with different spelling and numbers.

As the City of Burnaby continues to offer more online payment services, system updates are required to keep these transactions secure. Please note, you may be prompted to upgrade your internet browser or device's operating system in order to access the City's online payment services.
